I endured an unbearable smell in my room, reminiscent of wet dog and stale gym shoes. The bed linens were stained and had leftover hair, which made me feel uncomfortable. Despite reporting these issues, I was given no assistance and had to endure loud barking from dogs in adjacent rooms throughout my stay.

We had a fantastic stay with our kids at this hotel! The location is great, just a short drive from beautiful spots like Cypress Knoll Golf Club and Faver-Dykes State Park for some family-friendly fun. The staff were welcoming, and we felt right at home.

My kids wished there were more kid-friendly amenities, like a playground or pool activities. It would have made our stay even better, especially for families looking for fun things to do right at the hotel.

We really enjoyed the clean room with a large shower that had great water pressure and loved the relaxing jacuzzi and pool. The dog walking areas were also nice and handy for our pet. The only thing was that the breakfast options could have been a bit more varied. 😊
